Ógras are taking part in #LeabhraFeabhra 2022.
The aim of Leabhra Feabhra is to encourage people to buy books in Irish and to givethem as gifts during February.
Irish people have been taking part in this social media tradition for 8years on Twitter! We can promote books, publishers, authors and illustrators on Instagram as well.
The main thing is to promote the books we love and encourage others to read them in February. Ógras will emphasise books for children and teenagers as well as adults of course.
We will be recommending a couple of Irish books each week and we want you to let us know what books you think should be included. Take a selfie while reading your favorite book. Tell us about the books you love.
