Ógras members had a wonderful time on the foreign youth exchange this year, 25 July-3 August. The theme of the 10-day trip was Damhsaí Tíre - Folk Dances. There were activities such as yoga, meditation, games, day trips, team-building, reflection, dancing (of course) and much more. It was a fantastic trip and we hugely look forward to similar projects with Erasmus+ and various organisations going forward!
